Dilute the sample with the provided CDV Ag assay buffer at a ratio of 1:2. -
Cassette Setup
Remove the cassette from its protective foil pouch and place it horizontally on a clean, dry surface. -
Sample Application
Vertically drip 3 drops of the extracted sample into the sample hole, allowing one drop per second. -
Additional Steps
If no migration is observed after 1 minute, add one additional drop of the liquid into the sample hole. -
Result Interpretation
Read the results within 5-10 minutes. Results obtained after 10 minutes are considered invalid.
