Product Overview

GoldHealth Medical presents a state-of-the-art bone drill designed for precision and reliability in medical procedures. Engineered with cutting-edge technology, this device offers unparalleled performance for a variety of surgical applications. Its ergonomic design ensures ease of use while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Features and Specifications

  • Output Power: 20W for consistent and reliable performance
  • Speed (r.p.m): Adjustable from 0-460 (default) or 0-600 (customized) to suit different surgical needs
  • Torque: 1 Nm, providing the necessary power for demanding procedures
  • Operation Voltage: 7.2V for optimal energy efficiency
  • Sterilization: Capable of withstanding temperatures up to 135Β°C (improved type up to 155Β°C)
  • Noise Level: ≀40 dB, ensuring a quieter operating environment

Additional Notes

  • Sterilization: The motor can be damaged if exposed to temperatures exceeding 135Β°C. The improved model tolerates up to 155Β°C.
  • Drill Compatibility: Standard bone drills accommodate bits less than 6mm. Acetabulum reaming drills offer higher torque with RPM around 300, while cannulated drills used with nails or K-wires operate at approximately 600 RPM.
  • Battery Care: Remove the battery from the tool post-surgery to prevent automatic discharge, which can shorten battery life. Note that the battery is not autoclavable and should not be sterilized.
  • Maintenance: Cranial burs must be cleaned immediately after surgery using a purger to prevent blood from sticking. Ensure the handpiece's battery compartment remains dry post-sterilization.
  • Blade Material: Made from medical-grade stainless steel, cranial bur blades are flexible yet durable. To avoid wear, each blade is recommended for single-use only.
