Any reactive specimen identified with this rapid test must be confirmed using alternative testing methods and clinical evaluation.

Instructions for Use
1. Carefully read the instructions before use. Allow the test device, specimen, and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30°C) prior to testing.
2. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it immediately. Place it on a clean, level surface.

For Serum or Plasma Specimens:
– Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 1 drop of serum or plasma (approximately 25 μL) to the specimen well (S).
– Add 2 drops of buffer (approximately 80 μL) and start the timer.

For Whole Blood Specimens:
– Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 2 drops of whole blood (approximately 80 μL) to the specimen well (S).
– Add 1 drop of buffer (approximately 40 μL) and start the timer.

  1. Wait for the colored lines to appear. Read the results at 10 minutes. Do not interpret results after 30 minutes.

Results Interpretation
Positive: A colored line appears in the control region (C), and another colored band appears in the test region (T).
Negative: One colored line appears in the control region (C). No band appears in the test region (T).
Invalid: The control line fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons. Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new device. If issues persist, discontinue use and consult your distributor.

Important Note
The intensity of the color in the test line region (T) may vary based on the concentration of TP antibodies in the specimen. Any visible shade of color in the test line region (T) should be considered positive.
